Our Commitment
bd6999 is a trusted online entertainment platform in Bangladesh. We believe responsible gaming is not just a rule — it is our ethical commitment to every member. Millions of people in Bangladesh enjoy online gaming as part of their entertainment. But sometimes this entertainment can go beyond its limits and become a problem. That is why bd6999 has developed a number of effective protection tools and guidelines to help our members play in a healthy and controlled way.
The core of responsible gaming is staying aware of how much you are spending and how much time you are giving to it. Our platform offers features such as deposit limits, self-exclusion, and time-out, which allow you to control how you play. On this page you can learn how to use these tools and where to find help if you need it.
Remember — gambling is not a source of income. It is for entertainment. If you ever feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, contact our 24/7 live chat support right away.
Our Protection Tools
bd6999 gives you full freedom to set your own playing limits. The tools below can be used at any time from your account settings.
Deposit Limit
Set in advance the maximum amount you will deposit per day, per week, or per month. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately. A 24-hour cooling-off period applies if you wish to increase a limit.
Time-Out
If you want to take a short break, choose a time-out ranging from 24 hours to 30 days. During this period no bets can be placed on your account. Your account will reactivate automatically once the break ends.
Self-Exclusion
If you need a long-term break, choose self-exclusion. Options range from 6 months to a permanent ban. While this mode is active your account will be completely closed and promotional messages will be stopped.
Gaming History
Log in to your account at any time to view your betting history, total spending, and a breakdown of wins and losses. Review your play regularly — it is the first step toward responsible gaming.
Reality Check
You will receive a notification at set intervals showing the time and spending details of your current session. This keeps you aware so you do not lose track of time and money while playing.

Responsible Gaming Tips
Plan Before You Play
Before you start playing, decide how much time and money you will spend. Set a budget and do not go beyond that limit. Remember, winning in gambling is not guaranteed — so only bet an amount that, if lost, will have no impact on your daily life.
Do Not Make Decisions Based on Emotion
Avoid playing when you are angry, depressed, or frustrated. Placing larger bets right after a loss to "make it back" is a dangerous habit. Every round is independent — previous results do not affect the next result.
Take Breaks
Do not play continuously for a long time. Take at least one break every hour, get up, drink some water, and refresh your body and mind. If you keep bd6999's Reality Check feature on, you will automatically receive break reminders.
Keep Wins in Perspective
Winning at gambling is a pleasant experience, but it is not a reliable source of income. Avoid placing extra bets out of a desire to gain even more after a win. Set aside a portion of your winnings and stay within your set budget.
